Private parking outside provided. Well-equipped, tidy room with a granite bathroom and a shower, a hairdryer and a bidet.

The staff was amicable and the place was overall clean. The guest room was wonderful with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The breakfast had plenty of breads, cereal, and fruit.

very quiet, clean, easy access to the city of Avila on the number 1 bus the cafeteria was not to our liking.

This budget hotel has become our go-to place with staff who are always ready to assist.

Large room (actually like a junior-suite), clean and comfortable. Modern hotel in a commercial area, where you need a car to get downtown and visit Avila. Maybe 4-star rating is a little generous, but we had a good staying at the hotel .

Lack of in-room coffee/tea making facilities (talking about a 4-stars hotel ...)

Location: the hotel was just off the outskirts of town as well as restaurants. The very good service and shuttle to the walled city far exceeded our expectations. We had a great stay that met every demand, would return here...

We were impressed with the spacious and clean room at II Castillas. The separate living area with a mini-bar and comfortable sofas was a great addition. The large terrace and bathroom with a divider were also a highlight. The hotel's location next to a shopping center, with a Carrefour nearby, was convenient. We also found the staff to be friendly and professional. we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Avila.

Hotel is well located, easy to go for shopping and to reach historical downtown. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Well decorated with quite furniture.

Nothing not to love.

It's ideally located if you arrive by car. It's a new building and the rooms are spatious. There is a large shopping mall nearby.

The airconditioning system in the room is unfortuante. It cools/heats the entrance area only, but not the actual bedroom. However, it was well possible tho sleep with the windows open and the AC off.

New facility and extremely clean. Very nice suite with separate sitting area. We were on the 2nd Floor, which had two balconies. Also, the area was very quite and peaceful. An excellent value for the price.

The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is very close to El Bulevar Shopping Center and just outside of the city center. the hotel also has a basement car park, which is a great advantage. it is near the National Police College, providing a sense of security.

The Wi-Fi connection in the hotel is reported to be very bad by guests.

Excellent room with lovely sitting area. Good location for Avila, & Segovia. Excellent evening meal at great price.
